As I take a look back at 2011 I am reminded of what an incredible year it has been. Being a wedding photographer you get to meet people from all walks of life. For a day you get to share their friends and family. I have selected a few of my favorite shots to put together this slide show and it has brought back so many fun memories for me. I get the warm and fuzzies! I had a blast doing it and I hope you enjoy it too.
Every New Year I have a few resolutions. This year I have been motivated by a close friend to try a juice fast. I am currently in the midst of it and have to say it is one of my favorite resolutions of years past. If you have chosen to partake in a New Years Resolution I hope you are well on your way to completing it. They have always been a struggle for me. lol
Many of my clients have a resolution of completing their wedding plans. If this sounds familiar I would love to help you complete yours. We have new Photo/Video packages and can recommend many other vendors.
San Diego, Balboa Park is one of the most beautiful spots to visit. I was lucky enough to photograph Adrianna and Franks wedding there at the Japanese Gardens. If you have not visited the Gardens it should absolutely be on your list next time you find yourself down in San Diego. The park also features several museums.
I knew Adrianna and Frank were a lovely couple and awesome to work with when I shot there engagement session at Laguna Beach. Their wedding was nothing short of a blast too.
After the ceremony we headed to The Admiral Club where there were some of the most emotional speeches made that I have heard at a reception.

The sun goes down quicker this time of year. Thankfully Nick and Mary were on top of their timing and arrived early for our park engagement session today. This coming April they will tie the knot at the Alta Vista Country Club in Placentia.

Late one afternoon I met with Erica and Reza at the Japanese Gardens for a few shots.
This is my favorite time of day to shoot and this is also my favorite time of year.
It helps to have good looking couples to drop in front of the camera as well. Erica and Reza certainly fill that category.

Brian and Jaime met me at a garden in Orange County for their engagement session. It was a warm morning and you could tell it would be a hot day. Luckily we started early and were done before it got too hot. These guys are a lovely couple and lots of fun, Congrats you two!

Having beautiful light and great weather is why I like to photograph many of my engagement session in the fall for couples who are to be married throughout the year. Jessica and Mark just so happened to attend our Brea Bridal show and walk away with a free session and 11×14 print. We usually give away3-5 sessions depending on the show.
This fun loving couple is going to tie the knot this very January. Coming up quick!
