A few years back I met Wendy at another wedding. Her sister had hired me to photograph their wedding. I had such great time with them I new Wendy and Chris’s wedding would be the same. It was great to see their friends and family again.
The Eagle’s Nest, the country club at the Navy Golf Course has gone through a tremendous transformation. I use to golf here with my Dad. He still golfs here every Sunday. Golf, not really my thing but I do own clubs and enjoy hanging with my Dad.
The Museum of Latin American Art (MOLAA) is on the top of my list for favorite places to shoot a wedding. I was lucky when Angela and Damon came down to talk about their wedding as that was their venue of choice too. A great couple and a fantastic party. Damon is a musician and he and his band absolutely killed it at the reception. I was popping of frames like I had space to spare. Quickly realized I needed to save some for the rest of the reception.
Had an incredible time. Incredible couple, awesome location.
The Museum of Latin American Art is a SoCal destination that should not be missed if you are into art. I have been there many times and lucky for me I get to shoot there a bit too. I have photographed the founding family, the president and the event coordinator along with more than a few weddings. I really get excited when I have an event here. They run smooth and organized (and, the food is always great!)
Sarah and Russ had their wedding here. Along with a fantastic party, the ceremony was a very touching event.
Christina from The Events Boutique did her thing. As usual it was stellar. From flowers to food and keeping all of us vendors in line, she rocks!
San Juan Hills Golf Club has beautiful grounds. A lovely lake, nice foliage and overall seems like it was landscaped with a wedding photographer in mind. With a beautiful couple like Eric and Stacey you can’t go wrong.
Day started off great but if you look at the pictures, one of the ring bearers was not a fan of wedding photographers and really did not know how big he was. But, throughout the day he performed and did a great job. I thought he would warm up to me but nope, he wanted to get a chomp on me instead. So it is with photography, you do what you can to avoid the bites but if the shot is there you take it.
Temperatures reached record lows for Southern California but this couple did not let that keep them from having a great time on their special day.
I love weddings that feature lots of tradition. It is always interesting to see and no matter how many I have done I seem to come out of it learning something new. This wedding featured a traditional Vietnamese ceremony and western ceremony at Chapman Chapel and gave each family a chance to celebrate their own way.
The party started at Moonlight in Westminster with fantastic lighting, decor and food. I am shooting another event at Moonlight this coming week and can’t wait. A fantastic job and very entertaining venue.
There are some weddings you just want to put down the camera and join in on the fun. This was one of those. Natasha and Chris have some fun friends and family. Of course, I have a job to do and must stay on track.
The San Dimas Golf Club did a fantastic job with the event. Video was expertly covered by Joshua of Jet Productions Films.
A wonderful couple that obviously enjoy life. I had such a great time working with them.

I have to find it funny that when Tricia and Gilbert asked to do their engagement session at Craig Regional Park I was at a loss. I had never photographed there and it is less then a 5 minute drive from the studio.
When we arrived I knew right away that Tricia and Gilbert introduced me to a little diamond of a park. I now have a new spot to take families and couples for shoots and it is really close. How has this place hidden for the last 10 years.
Tricia and Gilbert did an awesome job. Naturals in front of a camera and fun to work with. Gotta love days that feature an awesome couple and killer location.

Jhoey and Patty tied the knot and I got to be there to put in into pictures. I had a blast with a fantastic couple. Jhoey and Patty’s reception was as crazy as these two! The Reef Restaurant did a fantastic job as usual. Such a beautiful spot for a wonderful wedding.
The party was started when DJ Music Unlimited’s Cesar Alas rocked the room.
New Vision provided the ever popular Photobooth.
